Moss-Bradley is a non-profit organization chartered in 1973 whose purpose is to maintain a desirable residential district for the mutual benefit of residents and to preserve the architectural and historical heritage of the area. Our membership is composed of homeowners, renters, landlords and businesses.

Annual dues are $5.00 and can be paid to the Treasurer, Jan Krouse at 1723 W. Moss.

Our members meet September through May in the Fellowship Hall of Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1420 W. Moss the first Wednesday of the month. Meetings begin at 7:00pm with a half hour social beginning at 6:30pm. Guests are welcome.

Throughout the year special activities provide our members and residents with a social atmosphere meant to help them get better acquainted and to provide the opportunity to participate in good, wholesome fun. Our great Christmas party, spring brunch, Fourth of July activities, and the Moss Avenue Sale, have provided a great opportunity to socialize and get to know your neighbors. We are particularly fortunate to have in our midst many energetic, results-oriented people, many of whom have been members since our beginnings in 1973.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR

This year's Moss Avenue Sale, held on June 14th, was a tremendous success. Jan Krouse captained the event and our thanks go to her for all the effort she put into it. The following photos are from this year's sale. Jan can be seen on the scooter in the first photo.

FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION

The Moss-Bradley Residential Association hosted a July 4th Celebration on the lawn at Pettengill-Morron House, 1212 West Moss.
Entertainment was provided by the Peoria Pops Orchestra which played for an hour.
The children gathered at the corner of Moss and Western at 12PM to begin the parade to Morron House where prizes were awarded to all who participated.
There were free tattoos, lemonade and ice cream cones at old fashioned prices.
